30A Deluxe will be opening a new venture in 2018 called Coastal Dune, 30A's newest coastal lifestyle store. 

Real Estate Development

30A Deluxe and it's partner's affiliates have been successfully developing real estate for over 30 years. With projects from California to Florida, the principals of 30A Deluxe are focused on Florida's Emerald Coast with several current and future projects in the pipeline.

Principals

30A Deluxe is owned and managed by Keith O'Leary and Andrew Finefield. 


Finefield, a licensed Florida Real Estate sales agent, manages the Company's day to day operations. 


O'Leary manages the company's finances and investment portfolio. Along with his wife Tammie, O'Leary is the owner of Kotomolo Holdings, which own the assets managed by 30A Deluxe.

31 Wakulla Lane is a single family home in a quiet lane in Seaside. The home was completed in 2016 and is offered for sale. 

Seacrest Lot

Lot 7 on Trigger Trail will be the next project for 30A Deluxe. The property is slated to be a five bedroom home with gulf views and high end finishes.

Sandy Shores Rental Home

44 Sandy Shores Court is a 6,000 square foot 10 bedroom, 10 1/2 bath rental home just steps from the beach. Sandy Shores is a small gated community south of 30A.

Michigan Commercial Properties

30A Deluxe manages several commercial properties in Michigan, including a retail building and several properties for future investment.
